A feature that allows employees to clock in and out from anywhere at any time, including requesting to work from home (WFH), along with a system for retroactive time tracking in various necessary situations. The system sends a clock-in form so that authorized approvers or supervisors can verify the accuracy of daily clock-in records via their mobile phones.

Terms and Details of the Employee Time and Attendance System

✅ Services are available exclusively to companies, organizations, and government agencies
✅ We provide an employee time and attendance system with a minimum of 5 users. If the number is lower, the minimum fee will apply.
✅ We provide an employee time and attendance system where the number of users can be increased or decreased, but 30 days’ advance notice is required.
✅ If a customer changes their phone number or device, they must notify our staff immediately.
✅ Customers must enable GPS every time they use the system; otherwise, their clock-in location cannot be tracked.
✅ Service becomes available immediately after signing the contract (5–7 days)
